Sound Sleep training provides educators with a broad understanding of sleep processes and sleep hygiene. The course includes access to a comprehensive teaching resource pack containing background information, lesson plans, handouts, presentation slides and an overview of the curriculum-linked resources.

We train health and social care professionals to deliver tailored sleep interventions. Become an accredited Sleep Counsellor and provide a vital sleep service for children and young people with additional support needs such as autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, sensory processing difficulties, cerebral palsy, mental health challenges, or epilepsy. Our Paediatric Sleep Counselling is Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework (SCQF) accredited at level 7 and 4 credit points.
